Xcel Energy, in partnership with Focus on Energy, helps Wisconsin homeowners and or renters discover their home’s hidden potential and learn how to improve, lower energy costs, and boost efficiency. The Home Performance program offers several paths to savings, with incentives and expert guidance available for energy improvements both large and small.

You could benefit from participating in Home Performance if:

• Your heating and cooling equipment are unreliable, inefficient or over 15 years old
• You’ve noticed excessive blower noises or sporadic pops, bangs or rattles from your furnace
• You have a manual or programable thermostat that you do not set back regularly
• Your energy bills have gone up

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, you must:

• Be a Wisconsin residential homeowner or renter
