Requirements

Here's what you'll need to use Google Nest Wi-Fi in your home:

• Modem and active broadband internet connection
• Nearby electrical outlet (for Router and Points)
• Google account
• Compatible mobile device
• Google Nest Wi-Fi Points require a Google Nest Wi-Fi Router
• Your home must be wired to standard code with load, line, ground, and neutral wires correctly wired (this is what is in a wall behind a typical light switch).

The Google Nest Wi-Fi Router replaces your existing, traditional router and is easy to set up. Just plug your Google Nest Wi-Fi Router into your modem, then download the free Google Home app. The app will guide you through the setup process step by step.
